Data controller: COLORPRINTS sp. z o.o. (TampoexperT brand), ul. Jana Skrzyneckiego 3, 04-563 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 9522072581, KRS: 0001157667, REGON: 141920895, e-mail: biuro@tampoexpert.pl.
This document explains data-processing and cookie rules in line with GDPR and regulations on storing information on end-user devices (including Articles 399-400 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of July 12, 2024).
We process data submitted via the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), topic, message and form language. Data is used to handle inquiries, respond to users and prepare offers.
Data may be processed by providers supporting website and communication operations: hosting provider, SMTP email provider and security provider (Cloudflare Turnstile).
Because Cloudflare services are used, technical data related to anti-bot verification may be processed outside the EEA. Transfers are based on GDPR-compliant safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, according to provider documentation.
Inquiry data is stored for the time needed to handle communication and follow-up business contact, generally no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations require a longer period.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability (where applicable), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The website uses a cookie-consent banner. By default, only mechanisms necessary for website operation are active. Optional categories (analytics and marketing) remain disabled until user consent is granted.
| Category | Provider | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical (necessary) | Server/hosting | Correct website delivery, security and HTTP request handling | Strictly necessary service operation (no consent required) |
| Anti-bot (Turnstile) | Cloudflare | Protecting contact form against spam and abuse | Security necessary for service operation (no consent required) |
| Analytics (optional) | Google Analytics 4 | Traffic measurement, visit statistics and usage analysis | User consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR + Art. 399 Electronic Communications Law) |
| Marketing (optional) | Google Ads / remarketing | Campaign effectiveness measurement and ad-message personalization | User consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR + Art. 399 Electronic Communications Law) |
You can accept all categories, reject optional categories, or save your own selection. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” button shown on the website.
You can withdraw consent for optional categories at any time. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Independently from banner settings, you can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
Official browser guides for managing cookies:
Blocking technical cookies may affect website or contact-form functionality.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects for users, including profiling within the meaning of GDPR.
This policy may be updated when website features or legal requirements change.
